BPM stands for Beats Per Minute – so why do I bother to write all of this down?

I love to listen to music when I go jogging, and it is commonly known, that music is a very stimmulating element in endurance sports. The tracks on our albums usually have a longer runtime than ordinary songs, i.e. they are predestined, if you enjoy jogging or hiking, and if you like to dance, you should definitely try this.

Based on my personal experience, I can recommend the following:

Hiking – 110-130 BPM

Warm up (jogging) – 145-155 BPM

Marathon – 155-170 BPM

Jogging (fast speed) – 170-190 BPM

You should try this for yourself, and maybe you can leave some feedback, about what your experiences are.
