BPM stands for beats per minute. Why am I bothering to write this down?

I have got into the habit of jogging with music, as music is generally very good as a stimulant for endurance sports. As you can easily see, Mane and Friends’ music tracks are often a bit longer than other music tracks, which means they are predestined if you like jogging or hiking, and those who like dancing should definitely give it a try as well.

From my personal experience, I can say that music with 110-130 BPM is very good for walking, 145-155 BPM is suitable for warming up for a jog, if you want to run for a long time, 155-170 BPM is ideal and for a fast running pace I prefer 170-190 BPM.
