BPM stands for beats per minute. Why am I bothering to write this down?

I’ve gotten into the habit of jogging to music, as music in general is a great stimulant for endurance sports. As you can easily see, Mane and Friends’ music tracks are often a bit longer than other music tracks, which means they are predestined if you like jogging or walking, and also if you like dancing, you should definitely give it a try.

From my personal experience, I can say that music with 110-130 BPM is very suitable for hiking, 145-155 BPM is suitable for warming up for a jog, if you want to run for a long time, 155-170 BPM is ideal and for a fast running pace I prefer 170-190 BPM.
